I know that having the right team may make or break your business. People you hire will also determine your company culture. Yevgeniy Brikman, the co-founder of Gruntwork, says: "Choose the first 10 employees very carefully, as they determine the next 100.”
On top of that a bad hire can prove to be quite costly, it can result in loss in revenue, productivity and cause problems with employee morale and client relations.
